Lena Coates is a career consultant, executive search specialist, and professional coach with more than 28 years of experience helping professionals navigate career change, leadership growth, and important career decisions.

Her work is grounded in real commercial experience across financial services, corporate leadership, and executive recruitment. She understands how organisations hire, promote, and develop talent — and helps her clients position themselves with clarity and confidence.

Her values are deeply shaped by her upbringing in a traditional Italian family with multi-generational roots. Growing up in a dual-language household instilled a strong respect for people, relationships, and community — principles that remain central to how she supports her clients today.

In 2018, Lena founded her consulting practice to focus on what she values most — working directly with individuals to help them make confident, informed career decisions.
